Public - Troy has the Miami River Levee/Troy City Park area where high school cross country meets are held each year. No indoor shelter available, but the Troy Memorial Stadium is on the property, so a command post might be set up under the stands, which are enclosed. Parking at Hobart Arena lot (300) and Troy City Park, and restrooms available, but additional port-a-johns might be required. |
